Known as the “Florence of the South,” Lecce dazzles with its ornate Baroque architecture. Stroll its piazzas, admire churches carved from golden local stone, and discover hidden artisan shops and cafes tucked into its charming streets. The Bride & Groom’s personal favorite! (Approx. 1 hr drive—perfect for an extended day trip or overnight stay)

Alberobello – The Trulli Town

Famous for its iconic whitewashed “trulli” houses with conical roofs, Alberobello feels like stepping into a fairytale. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it’s perfect for wandering narrow streets, admiring the architecture, and capturing unforgettable photos. (Approx. 25 min drive)

Ostuni - The White City

  • Our wedding will take place at Masseria Borgo Ritella, a traditional masseria surrounded by olive groves just outside Fasano. Nestled in the heart of Puglia, Fasano offers a quiet, charming introduction to the region. You’ll find our recommended accommodations here - with many lovely nearby towns to explore.

  • Most of our guests plan to rent a car for ease and independence to explore all that the region has to offer! Double check whether your rental is standard or automatic.

  • Credit cards are widely accepted, though we recommend having some euros on hand for smaller purchases, taxis, tips, or local shops.

  • Italian is the primary language, though English is commonly spoken in hotels, restaurants, and throughout most tourist areas. You shouldn’t have any trouble navigating the area, but a few basic Italian phrases are always appreciated!
